What is Assisted Stretching?
During a 1 on 1 assisted stretch session, popularly know as “lazy man’s yoga”, I slowly and safely guide your body into various, full body stretches, whilst you simply relax.
We pair PNF (contract/relax method) and breathing techniques, that are scientifically proven to help you go deep and get the most out of your stretch.
Stretching is an important part of overall health and longevity for everybody as it has numerous benefits such as:
Increases mobility and flexibility
Relieves tension and stiffness
Aids in quicker recovery from injury
