What is Assisted Stretching?
During a 1 on 1 assisted stretch session, your body will be slowly and safely guided into various full body stretches, while you simply relax.
We pair PNF (contract/relax method) and breathing techniques, that are scientifically proven to help you go deep and get the most out of your stretch.
