What is Assisted Stretching?

During a 1 on 1 assisted stretch session, popularly know as “lazy man’s yoga”,  your body is slowly and safely guided into various full body stretches, while you simply relax.

We pair PNF (contract/relax method) and breathing techniques, that are scientifically proven to help you go deep and get the most out of your stretch.

The First Stretch Studio in Spain

Stretch Eden is the first assisted stretching studio to open in Barcelona, and even in Spain! Stretch Eden is founded by Sara who has been a stretch therapist since 2017.

In Sydney, Australia, Sara started working as a Flexologist (stretch therapist), studio franchise trainer and manager of the first flagship stretch studio in the country. She traveled across Australia and even Saudi Arabia, to train Flexologists and help oversee the opening of stretch studio franchises.

In 2019, she moved to Barcelona, where she has been working as a stretch therapist, and building the field of Assisted Stretching, where it hadn't previously existed.

In October 2024, Stretch Eden opened its first studio space where you can discover this innovative therapeutic practice in a relaxed and welcoming space.

For the past 14 years, Sara has also been qualified in group fitness and personal training and has worked as a physical therapist technician before becoming a stretch therapist.
